Duty Manager

Place of work: ICN Airport, Korea

 

 

 

 

Your tasks will include

 

1. Working at ICN airport as Duty Manager and reporting to Station Manager

2. Taking care of the highest quality of service for LOT Polish Airlines’ passengers and aircrafts

3. Organization, coordination and supervision of the airport services providers’ activities to ensure safe, on-time, cost-effective operations

4. Settlement of invoices related with operations at ICN Apt

5. Representation of LOT Polish Airlines in the area of ground services towards local authorities (CAA, airport, etc.) and external organizations located in the subordinated area

6. Initiating changes in standards and operating procedures for LOT operations at ICN

 

 

Our expectations

We are looking for a highly motivated person who wants to develop their potential within the scope of the Ground Operations. The ideal candidate

 

1. Communicates fluently in English and Korean

2. Has at least Bachelor Degree in the relevant field

3. Korean national will be advantage

4. Has a minimum 05 years professional experience working in ground operations area for an airline or handling agent (passenger or ramp services)

- at least 2 years experience at a Supervisory level position will be advantage

5. Is experienced in operational work at ICN Airport

6. Has experience in confirming ground operations costs and financial settlements

7. Has a strong motivation to work in a dynamic environment

8. Is ready to work shift-duties and work on weekends/national holidays

9. has supportive attitude

10. Is able to build relationships and work as a team member

11. Computer literate with very good at Altea CM and MS Office knowledge
