Passenger Service Intern

 

Stipend

$2,600.00/Month

 

Job Descriptions

1. Passenger Service Internship

2. Responsible for providing customer service

3. Stand behind ticket counter, assist passengers who are waiting in line to check-in

4. Using computer system to verify passenger list, check passenger's ticket, passport, visa

5. Issue boarding pass and baggage tags, lounge tickets

6. Assist in handling special requests

7. Walking to the gate area

8. Make boarding announcements

9. Assist passengers in boarding the aircraft, collecting boarding passes

10. Assist making final preparation in flight departure, check any irregularities before closing the gate/aircraft door

11. Assist passengers who arrive at the designated airport in the customs area prior to exiting the airport

12. These services include translating English into Korean for passengers who do not speak English, providing family service, assisting passengers with completing customs forms, etc.

13. Create Asiana club membership for passengers

14. Gate filing
